Vegetarian burgers

I had been searching for some good tasting vege burgers, both frozen, and made from scratch.

The frozen brand that tasted the best to me so far is the Gardenburger Portabella veggie burger. It has a good consistency and reminds me, both in flavor and texture, what I used to like about the other burgers that I used to eat. Anyway, if the Gardenburger brand is in your area, you might like their Portabella veggie burger as a replacement burger.

Also, I’ve experimented with some different vege burger recipes, and I finally came up with one I like. What I did was to use a basic recipe as if I was making an old style meatloaf, and substituted refrigerated vege crumbles  for the meat ingredient.
